The Paintbrush Ball: Columbia's Ball of Balls!

The Paintbrush Ball: Columbia's Ball of Balls!

Museum Associates sponsored another successful Paintbrush Ball on behalf of the Museum of Art and Archaeology. The annual event hosted 200 guests for a wine raffle, silent and live auction, and the opportunity to fund an acquisition for the Museum's collection. The acquisition is a bronze sculpture of Mother and Child by Walter Kirkland Hancock. The event raised over $40,000 and neted enough to fund the purchase of the Hancock artwork. Guests danced to the big band sound of the Kapital Kicks orchestra and enjoyed a sumptuous dinner provided by the University Club.
